About Me
I believe that a large percentage of people in the world have blind spots about their blind spots. It’s next to impossible to see yourself the way others do. A person may have amazing talents and great drive, but it shows up to others as aggressiveness and self-serving, a derailer to someone’s success, rather than a lever. We can also have great intentions without great impact. I was in a position to observe talented individuals with “high-potential” get dismissed, marginalized and overlooked; most often because they were unaware of how others perceived them. This is where a coach can have a transformational impact. The coach becomes the mirror and a catalyst for self-awareness and growth in a private, confidential, supportive relationship.
I have Global experience as a coach and facilitator having worked in over a dozen countries around the world, including Canada, Germany, France, Belgium, Singapore, Australia and India.
